Inspectors recognised the school as a welcoming and inclusive community, where every child is valued, supported and nurtured to develop academically, socially, emotionally and spiritually. Our Christian vision and values are described as a lived reality, evident in the strong relationships, high expectations and compassionate culture that underpin daily life at Ilsham.

The report highlights many strengths, including our innovative approach to spirituality across the curriculum, inspiring collective worship, a well‑designed Religious Education curriculum, and the dedication of our staff in supporting every child to thrive. Inspectors also praised the sense of joy, confidence and moral strength that pupils develop as part of our school family.
